Clean Dial's Phone Validation Timestamp Tracking automatically records when each contact's phone number goes through validation in your HubSpot workflows. This feature creates a complete audit trail of your data quality efforts and helps you monitor the freshness of your validated phone numbers.

How It Works

When contacts pass through a Clean Dial validation workflow action, the system automatically:
    Validates the phone number using Clean Dial's validation engine
    Creates a timestamp of the validation event
    Saves this timestamp to a custom property called Last Phone Validation on the contact record
This happens seamlessly in the background - no additional setup required in your workflows.

Setting Up the Custom Property

To view validation timestamps on your contact records:
    Navigate to CRM > Contacts
    Select any contact record
    Go to Key Information section
    Click Actions > Customize Properties
    Search for "Last Phone Validation" under the Clean Dial section
    Add the property to display on contact records
