Clean Dial's Phone Validated property automatically tracks the validation status of each contact's phone number in your HubSpot workflows. This boolean (true/false) property gives you instant visibility into which contacts have reachable phone numbers, enabling smarter routing decisions and more effective sales processes.
Phone Validated Custom Property
When contacts pass through a Clean Dial validation workflow action, the system automatically:
Validates the phone number using Clean Dial's validation engine
Determines if the number is valid (reachable) or invalid (unreachable)
Sets the Phone Validated property to either true or false on the contact record
This happens seamlessly in the background - no additional setup required in your workflows.
To view validation status on your contact records:
Navigate to CRM > Contacts
Select any contact record
Go to Key Information section
Click Actions > Customize Properties
Search for "Phone Validated" under the Clean Dial section
