Daeda Association Viewer is a visual graph-based tool that shows you how your HubSpot records are connected. Instead of clicking through multiple record pages to understand relationships, you can see everything in one interactive diagram.
Displays all associations between CRM records in a beautiful, interactive graph visualization.
When you need to understand complex relationship networks, see all connected records at a glance, or navigate your CRM data visually.
Faster relationship discovery, better customer context, improved sales handoffs, clearer account mapping, and easier data quality auditing.

Let's say you're on a Company record and want to see all related contacts and deals:
Open the company record
Click "View Associations" in the Daeda Association Viewer card
The graph opens showing the company (focused node) and immediate associations
Click on a contact node to refocus the graph around that contact
Use the "Fetch All" button to load associations for all visible nodes
Hide object types you don't need (like Products or Line Items)
Click "Layout" to reorganize the graph for clarity
When you open the Association Viewer, you'll see:
- : Your focused record (highlighted with pink border)
- : Associated records (color-coded by type)
- : Lines connecting records with relationship labels
- : Auto-arrange nodes using force-directed algorithm
- : Checkboxes to show/hide specific object types
- : Load associations for up to 50 unloaded nodes at once
Each node has two buttons:
- : Fetch related records for this node
- : Open the record in HubSpot (new tab)
Each object type appears in a distinct color for easy identification:
- : Red hue
- : Orange hue
- : Yellow hue
- : Green hue
- : Cyan hue
- : Blue hue
- : Purple hue
The focused node (your current record) always has a bright pink border for visibility.

Don't click "Fetch All" immediately on large accounts. Start with the focused record, explore one level at a time, then expand as needed.
If the graph gets crowded, hide object types you don't need. For example, hide Products and Line Items when focusing on people and deals.
If nodes overlap or the graph looks messy, click "Layout" to reorganize everything using an automatic algorithm.
Use the "GoTo" button to open records in new tabs. This lets you keep the graph open while reviewing details.
Daeda Association Viewer needs read access to:
- CRM Objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Quotes, Products, Line Items)
- Associations API
- OAuth permissions
These are standard read-only permissions for viewing your data. The app never writes or modifies your records.
App needs updated permissions
Click the "Update Association Viewer" button to re-authorize with the latest scopes
- The record actually has associations
- Object type filters aren't hiding everything
- Associations are properly created in HubSpot
Verify associations exist on the record page first, then check filters in the viewer
- You've clicked "Grab associations" on a node
- Your internet connection is stable
- The record has associations to fetch
Click "Grab associations" to load related records, or use "Fetch All" for batch loading
